Reservations for air taxi and air charter companies is a far more complex process than it is for airline seats. To begin with, there is no inventory of seats to sell from, only a supply of aircraft time, which might or might not be available for the next customer that comes along.
The SlipStream ResFlex™ system hides all this complexity by presenting to the traveler an interactive booking capability similar to Orbitz or Expedia. Travelers can specify where they want to travel and when. ResFlex™ will then provide instant confirmation of the itinerary to the customer. (If no aircraft are available, ResFlex™ will be aware of this and deny the request.)
ResFlex™ can also manage the continuous flow of information needed to evaluate numerous quote requests from customers, brokers and charter marketing sites. ResFlex™ includes tools designed to dynamically manage quote requests. In addition, it has the structure required to adjust pricing of the offered services based on aircraft availability.
ResFlex™ is integrated with ScheduFlex™ and OpsFlex™ so that all service commitments are immediately reflected in the aircraft schedules and operations plans, and vice-versa. |
